From August 1, 2024 to September 26, 2024, renowned sculptor Xia Hang and Chinese independent watchmaking brand ‘BEHRENS’ will present new mechanical art works at Parkview Green FangCaoDi. Mr. Xia Hang's sculptures such as “New Installation-Lobbyist” echoed with BEHRENS' unique mechanical watches, demonstrating the unique charm of mechanical art.

The work “Installation - Lobbyist” is a large-scale installation artwork modeled on the deep-sea “jellyfish”. Based on the original mechanical modeling, lighting effects are added, as if a breathing jellyfish beautifully stretching and floating in front of us. Xia Hang hopes that through this art piece, we human beings will be awakened to realize the crisis in the environment that has been neglected and turned a blind eye to, and to awaken our attention to the protection of the oceans.

BEHRENS always focuses on the mechanical field, and constantly interprets the understanding of mechanical art with its unique creativity and superior watchmaking ability. Previously, Mr. Xia Hang created a sculpture for BEHRENS IP ‘Alien,’ which was released on January 1st, 2024.
